We aim for accuracy in descriptions and images. Small variations can happen. Every item is quality checked.
Pricing & Payments
All prices in GBP, full payment required at check-out. You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Prices and availability may change.
Pre-Orders.
Most items are pre-order. We produce in limited runs based on orders to reduce waste. Process is order and pay securely, get confirmation, production begins after pre-order window closes, quality check, dispatch, dispatch email. Timescales are estimates. Some sizes or colours may sell out.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch after production. Delivery times vary. We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. Please double check your address.
Returns & Refunds
Request returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused. In original condition and packaging where possible. Return postage is your responsibility unless an item is faulty. Refunds are to the original payment method upon inspection. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items.
Contact us with order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
